Service Commitment

The packaging of Soske Technology optoelectronic equipment includes a warranty card. The warranty card confirms that your purchased Soske product is free from defects and fully operational. It guarantees the repair of manufacturer defects during the warranty period, provided the product has been used in accordance with the user manual. The manufacturer guarantees that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of the original purchase, or three years from the date of manufacture if there is no receipt to prove the purchase. To avoid any problems, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the equipment's user manual.

 

Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover any external damage to the equipment, casing, or movement of adjustable parts (e.g., smooth or rough movement). The manufacturer reserves the right to void the warranty under the following circumstances:

If the equipment has been modified or tampered with,

If the equipment has been dropped or shows signs of mechanical or chemical damage,

If the equipment has been tampered with due to unauthorized repairs,

If the equipment has been damaged by fire or natural disasters,

If the equipment has been damaged by the ingress of liquids or other substances,

If the serial number of the equipment has been modified, erased, removed, or is illegible, or has been programmatically deleted (for equipment with a unique serial number).

 

Activating Warranty Repair Service

To activate the warranty repair service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the equipment or contact the national distributor in your country.

 

Any product returned under warranty should be packaged in a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit. In addition, the following items must also be included:

A letter detailing the problem and indicating the error condition.

A copy of the original receipt showing the date and place of purchase of the product.

Return shipping information, including the return address and contact person.

Warranty card filled out by the seller.

Additional Information

The company provides repair services for products on the market for two years from the date of sale, or two years from the date of manufacture if this cannot be determined. During this period, the manufacturer provides both warranty and non-warranty services for your product.

The warranty period for rechargeable batteries/devices (including those included in the package) is one year.
