No Warranty/Invalidation Conditions
Thank you for choosing our brand’s night-vision equipment. To safeguard your legitimate rights and interests and clearly define the scope of product warranty liability, we hereby set forth the conditions under which our night-vision equipment is not covered by warranty or where the warranty has been invalidated. In any of the following circumstances, our company shall no longer be liable for product warranty, and we reserve the right to hold that improper use may result in permanent failure of the equipment.
Product failures or damages resulting from any of the following circumstances are not covered under the free warranty; our company may, based on the specific situation, provide paid repair services:
- Damage caused by human error, improper use, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or self-repair;
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, compression, water ingress, moisture exposure, corrosion, contamination, or the entry of foreign objects;
- Failures caused by power supply abnormalities, wiring errors, voltage instability, lightning strikes, surges, electrostatic discharge, or abnormal electromagnetic environments;
- Failure resulting from failure to use, maintain, transport, or store the product in accordance with the product manual, operating procedures, or installation requirements;
- Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning;
- The product serial number, factory label, and tamper-evident markings have been torn off, altered, missing, or rendered unidentifiable;
- Use beyond the product’s specified operating environment, such as in abnormal conditions involving excessive temperature, excessive humidity, strong corrosiveness, high levels of pollution, or high impact;
- Natural aging, wear and tear, and non-quality-related issues affecting product exterior components, consumable parts, and expendable materials;
- Issues arising from the use of non-OEM parts, non-compliant accessories, or unauthorized third-party devices connected to the system;
- The warranty period has expired, or the conditions for free warranty service as stipulated in the contract are not met.
