Established in 1999 as the Laser Multi‑Band Light Source Development Center affiliated with the Security Equipment Center, the company became independently registered in 2004. It was among the first in the region to apply military‑grade laser and infrared technologies to civilian night‑vision surveillance, offering professional R&D, production, and services. Through years of independent innovation, it has achieved large‑scale industrial production of its products.
