Overview
The RST1500 radar is a technologically advanced, highly reliable phased-array radar designed to detect ground‑moving pedestrians and vehicles.
The radar employs a pulse‑Doppler phased‑array architecture and, through modular and standardized design, integrates technologies such as T/R modules, adaptive moving‑target detection, and Kalman filtering to detect dynamic targets—including pedestrians and vehicles—within designated surveillance zones, thereby providing the surveillance system with real-time, accurate, and continuous target information.
It features excellent detection performance, strong maneuvering and tracking capabilities, superior ground clutter suppression, low power consumption, and low cost, making it a compact phased-array radar with outstanding performance and high reliability.

Main Features
This series of radars is primarily used for border and critical‑site surveillance, detecting targets such as personnel and vehicles within the monitored area. Its main functions are as follows:
It can perform functions such as searching for and locating targets, including pedestrians and moving vehicles.
It features online monitoring, fault diagnosis, and fault localization capabilities.
It features automatic recording and playback of operating states, among other functions.
It can provide guidance information to the upper-level system and possesses collaborative working capabilities.
It features networking capabilities, enabling coordinated operation among multiple radars.
composition
The radar consists of a display and control terminal and a radar host, with the system configuration shown in the figure.

Figure 3 Block Diagram of the Composition
The radar main unit primarily comprises a microstrip antenna, T/R modules, a beam‑control unit, a frequency source, a receiver, a signal processor, a data processor, and a secondary power supply, thereby fulfilling the radar’s core functions.
The radar host can connect to an upper-level system via network, supporting networked operation or remote control; it can also be equipped with a terminal display and operate as a standalone system.
The terminal display is offered as an optional configuration and can be implemented using an industrial PC, a ruggedized computer, or a handheld terminal device, depending on user requirements.
The radar host and the terminal display device are connected via an Ethernet cable (Gigabit, backward compatible with 100 Mbps).
The radar is primarily powered by a +24 V DC supply, is compatible with mains power, and also supports power from solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources.
