Soske Technology showcased its solutions at the 26th China High-Speed Rail Informationization Conference.

On March 28, 2024, the 26th Highway Informatization Conference was grandly held in Hefei. With the theme “Innovation-Driven, Digital Transformation, and Intelligent Upgrading,” the event brought together domestic and international vendors from the transportation sector to showcase the latest research and development achievements and practical applications of highway informatization technologies.

At this conference, Beijing Sosike Technology Development Co., Ltd. showcased a range of cutting-edge digital transportation innovations, comprehensively presenting and sharing its smart highway design philosophy, while collaborating with industry peers to explore the latest product developments and discuss emerging technological trends.

Vehicle Overtemperature Warning System

Traditional video surveillance systems cannot provide early warning of overheating; even in the event of spontaneous combustion or explosion, they are limited to post‑incident response and emergency measures, failing to prevent or mitigate catastrophic incidents caused by excessive temperatures, spontaneous ignition, or the detonation of hazardous materials. Soske’s advanced overheating预警 system effectively addresses fires and explosions triggered by vehicle‑or cargo‑related overheating by integrating automated detection, intelligent identification, and video‑based event‑alerting software, enabling unattended operation and highly efficient management.

By employing conventional video surveillance, information from each vehicle traveling on the highway is interpreted and transmitted to the control center as video images displaying temperatures across different vehicle zones. At the front end, a vehicle‑borne temperature‑measurement and analysis device automatically detects, identifies, and measures temperatures, while an automated system flags overheating points and issues alarm notifications. This approach not only replicates the function of “eyes” but also enables precise identification of overheating locations and temperature thresholds, facilitating effective recording, analysis, and alerting. The front‑end monitoring hardware serves as the “eyes” of the temperature‑monitoring system, whereas the central management and integrated support system acts as the system’s “brain,” fully leveraging the surveillance‑based temperature‑monitoring platform to further enhance the overall command-and‑control capabilities of regulatory authorities and to achieve more efficient fire‑suppression monitoring and operational management.

The vehicle over-temperature early-warning monitoring and control system enables proactive management of various emergencies in routine operations, facilitating early detection, timely resolution, and effective preventive measures. It serves as a robust monitoring and management platform for fire prevention and disaster mitigation, thereby significantly enhancing the overall level of monitoring and operational oversight within highway systems.

Infrared Fusion-Based Fire Early-Warning Acquisition System

The hardware of the front-end monitoring points in the infrared‑fusion fire‑warning acquisition system is all installed inside the tunnel. Its visible‑light imaging system delivers image resolution of up to 4 megapixels and supports dual‑image fusion output, combining visible‑light and long‑wave infrared imagery. Moreover, it can effectively detect abnormal temperature changes on vehicle bodies, cargo compartments, and certain front and rear wheels—conditions where temperatures have exceeded safe limits but have not yet reached ignition thresholds—with a detection accuracy of no more than ±2°C.

The infrared‑fusion fire‑warning acquisition system can be widely deployed in outdoor settings where visible light is insufficient, addressing the poor imaging performance, glare, and inadequate backlight compensation of conventional imaging devices, while also serving as an effective replacement for flame and fire‑alarm systems.

Beijing Sosike Technology is a specialized manufacturer dedicated to the research, development, and production of laser- and infrared‑related products. The company focuses on applying laser and infrared technologies to night‑time surveillance, as well as to security systems and cutting-edge high‑tech applications.
